STUDIO SLEW aims to make high-quality fine art education accessible, breaking financial barriers while maintaining top-tier quality. Through modernizing traditional atelier techniques, we offer materials, available instruction, and an inclusive space for artists to develop skills, fostering a reimagined center for fine art education and instruction.
A FOUNDATION FOR LEARNING
Our program aims to build upon the foundation of traditional atelier curricula while incorporating innovative approaches to enhance the overall learning experience. Our organization places no restrictions on skill levels for any classes, open drawing sessions, or painting demonstrations. We actively encourage and welcome students of all proficiency levels to participate. While STUDIO SLEW maintains a strong emphasis on the tested and measured programs of study within fine art, we want to flip the script on what a fine arts program can look like.
Our subsidized art classes are designed to serve as an entry point into the world of fine art as well as a center to continue your education in drawing/painting. Inviting individuals to explore their artistic potential, STUDIO SLEW takes a lighthearted and inclusive approach to all our classes and participants. We actively encourage discussion, live music, and other vibrant experiences, striving to create a social institution for creatives. Our belief is that such an environment serves as a more effective tool for inspiration and learning.
